Working principle
The F5X vibrating feeder uses a motor to drive the eccentric shaft located inside the excitation device. The shaft is connected to another shaft parallel to it through gears. When these two axes rotate, excitation force is generated. The setting of the shaft allows the generated stroke to slowly push the material from the feeding end to the discharging end. At the same time, screen the materials to make their particle size more uniform. Usually, a bar mesh screen is equipped at the discharge end of the feeder. Through it, materials with particle sizes smaller than the spacing between each rod are separated, and materials with larger particle sizes are transported to the crusher.
